Self-Mastery Meditation Class
After this class, you will be the student and the teacher, because you will have mastered one thing, mind control through meditation.
The old adage is true, "If you don't plan to win then plan to fail".
Master Yourself for success: The mind is a very powerful tool it is the best computer we have to solve problems, and meditation helps to access the data stored in the brain when relaxed it goes to work on getting us exactly what we need.
The simple meditation study laid out in this class will override all the negative chatter that seems to bombard the mind constantly.
The Mind: Business success may never be achieved without mastering the mind. By training your mind to Meditate clear paths are mapped out in the mind providing better focus and clarity toward any Business goal.
Tuning In: Tuning into positive thought patterns through meditation will inspire you to accomplish the projects you've been putting on the back burner, and pick up the mantle where you left off. Try not to judge yourself by thinking you are not doing the exercise correctly, again this is the chatter that tries to sabotage any new thing tried. Continue.
Commitment To Goal: First, write down the most important Business goal you have right now, and don't move on until you've done this. If you haven't thought about the steps it will take to accomplish your goal this is the perfect time to start.
Thirty-Minute Meditation: Decide what time of day you're going to set aside for concentrating on this goal. It will take 30 minutes, less time than it takes to do your eyebrows. My meditation time is 10:00 to 10:30 Am. This is when my mind is fairly clear. Always set an alarm and really commit to the 30 minutes and stay seated no matter what. Meditate this way every day until it becomes a habit.
Key Functions In Your Goal: Pick the key aspects of your goal you're choosing to work on and picture yourself doing these functions successfully. See yourself in action!
Magic Words: In your mind, or in an audible whisper, state the specific action words associated with your goal. Example: work faster, my coffee roaster, practicing often, talking to the project manager, finishing the project on time, raising 1 Million Dollars, These are magic words you are suggesting to the subconscious to act out your directives in the order received.

Learn these exercises and they will help you to move forward with step-by-step goal planning and Business problem-solving. And all you need to form a meditation practice.- Breathe deeply throughout the whole meditation exercise.
- Sit straight in your chair or cross-legged on the floor or meditation cushion.
- Feel the sensations of accomplishment with each completion of a task.
- Do not break concentration while going through the exercise.
- When negative thoughts come up go right back to the key aspects of your goal.
When 30 minutes are up give gratitude and thanks for the time spent on mental planning and Self-Mastery.
